Your portrait will arrive carefully rolled up in a sturdy cardboard tube. I use high-quality tubes that protect the portraits during transportation so that when you unbox your portrait, it unfolds without curling. To hang it on the wall, you will need to first place it in an art frame for paintings.
I paint on a thick paper material that has a nice glossy finish but not too shiny.
I don’t sell digital prints and or any other kind of prints. Every portrait I create is a one-of-a-kind handmadewatercolor painting made from a photo.
I use mixed media techniques that combine watercolor, gouache, pencil, white ink and pastel.

Yes! Proud pet parents from all over the world can order a custom handmade watercolor portrait. Delivery time for international orders is the same as for all US, Canada and Australia orders - 2-5 working days. Plus, all orders are shipped with a tracking no matter which country they are being sent to.
To ensure the portraits arrive in perfect condition, I package them in sturdy cardboard tubes. One cardboard tube can contain up to three portraits. More than three portraits will need to be packaged in two tubes. Your portraits will all be shipped at the same time, free of charge, no matter how they are packaged.
I use a reliable high-quality delivery service but sometimes accidents happen. If your painting has arrived damaged, I would be happy to redo your portrait free of charge. And as always, the shipping will be at no cost to you.

Unfortunately, I do not currently offer a gift wrapping service at this point. However, all products come sealed in opaque protective packaging. So the surprise won't be ruined upon delivery!
Yes, it is possible to speed up the process by selecting the queue jump option before you submit your order. It's kind of like getting "first in line". It is useful if you need your portrait quickly, for example if it's a gift. When you choose the queue jump option, I will mark your order as "priority" and get to work on it asap. It is important to note that "queue jump" does not affect the courier's delivery time.
